Regional Sales Manager

SCOPE: -

Timpl is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to proactively hunt, target and close new business opportunities for Timpl Careers and direct hire business units within two distinct business sectors. The experienced sales professional will design a sales pipeline strategy designed to meet monthly KPI and revenue goals for both divisions.

·       Sales planning

·       Research and prospecting

·       Perform effective and creative sales and marketing campaigns

·       Cultivate meaningful client relationships

·       Cross sell Timpl’ suite of HR solutions

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of selling and business experience in a service environment

  • Proven relationship builder

  • Outstanding communicator

  • Ideal candidate is/was a branch manager for a staffing organization

  • Good grasp of solution-oriented sales techniques

  • Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations preferred

  • Experience using a CRM for prospect management preferred

  • Advanced database research skills for prospecting

  • Hunter sales mentality

  • Advanced social media presence (LinkedIn)

  • Proven social media selling strategies

  • Willingness to travel 20% as needed
